Die casting moulds (lxwxh) 1 600 x 1 400 x 1 500 mm, weight up to 16 t.
Development, design and making of CNC programmes are performed on powerful and up-to-date CAD/CAM systems ( CATIA 5, PRO/E...). Inspection Department is supplied with 3D measuring machine that enables measuring, control and provide measuring reports.
We have a technical office of 14 designers and CAM programmers, with a thorough experience in tool design and machining technologies.
